Presenting a unique variety of vanilla, from the hills of Uganda. This vanilla matures during two rainy seasons and is harvested twice a year in January and July.
Ugandan vanilla has broad and flat beans. Their magnetic aroma has leather, fruity cocoa and peat nuances.
The name of the perfume translates as “To a Madonna”, to a woman, an archetype merging the divine, sensual and corporeal.
The perfumer believes the nature of the selected vanilla’s aroma reflects this duality in a sensory way: being pure, angelic yet seductively carnal at the same time.
The dichotomy is highlighted with contrasting themes: animalic (civet & castoreum) and clean (cardamom & gaiac).
